More About Coach Joseph
I am currently entering my senior year at Swarthmore college where I will serve as captain of the team for the second consecutive year. As of now I have only done individual training with a few kids that I have been connected with by my coach at Swarthmore, as well as some family friends. I have worked with kids whose ages range from 10-16. I believe that as an experienced player who has captained both my collegiate and high school soccer teams (The Shipley School) I know what it takes to bring performance to the next level.
During my youth soccer I played for Both Nether Providence and Lower Merion Soccer Club.
Captain of LMSC Magic- U16 state champions (2014) and during the same year I was voted team MVP
2 year Captain at the Shipley School (2013-2015) where we were state semi finalists and ranked as high as #11 in the country my senior year, and voted team MVP (2015)
2 year captain at Swarthmore college (2018/2019)
Session plans can be tailored to each athlete’s specific needs. I have had great coaches throughout the years including Tom Carlin (head coach at Villanova), Eric Wagner (Head coach at Swarthmore college), and Thom Schauerman (Head coach at the Shipley School). I have gathered various types of training and techniques that can be applied in a myriad of aspects. Whether the training is focused on conditioning, technical skills, speed and agility, or strength and balance, I can guarantee exceptional focus and effort during each session.
