I hold the E coaching license.
I have coached the reserve teams for the semi-pro teams I have played for. I focus a lot in 1 on 1 sessions as believe it's the best way to spot a player's weaknesses and develop the strenghts.
In early days I played youth academy and college. Currently play high level at NPSL. This is semi-pro league 4th division under the US soccer pyramid.
Warm-up session
Balance movements
Strength and technique drills combined to simulate real game intensity.
Real game situations drills based on the player's position.
Flexibility and proper form assesment.
Cool down and stretching (very important)
Hydration at several intervals throughout the session.
