Use a games-based approach that mimics the actual game. Use drills/games that are variable and random that incorporate decision making and solving problems. Not focused on helping players get better at drills; I am focused on getter players better at playing the game. Will do individual and small group, but believe small group, where a defense is incorporated, is the best way to transfer skills to game.
