Hi!
As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer I combine my love for fitness and wellness with my athletic background as a D1 and semi-professional soccer player (goalkeeper) to help people lose weight and build lean muscle in fun, dynamic, high-intensity sports-inspired training sessions!

I’ve been a coach and trainer for over 7 years, starting specifically as a coach within soccer and building in the training component over the last several years. Now I help both adults looking to not only get in shape, but feel like they are athletes themselves—whether they’ve played a sport or not.
Within soccer, I’ve working primarily with players ranging from 12-22, both at the club, college and semi-professional ranks, as well as privately and in group setting through my own training companies, Onward Fitness and GKFC. I’ve been the goalkeeper coach for the University of Pennsylvania and Metro State University, Denver, respectively.
While working with athletes individually, I’ve developed strength and conditioning routines, as well as position specific training, to elevate players to D1 scholarships at schools like Texas Tech and Cincinnati, not to mention a host of D2 and 3 schools.
Whether you’re an athlete looking to get to the next level, or a working professional looking to get back to your best and beyond, I can’t wait to help you achieve your goals AND keep them!

I was a goalkeeper at Villanova University and went on to play semi-professionally for Sporting Santa Monica FC and the LA Blues. I also had the great opportunity of going on trial in front of several professional clubs in England (but couldn’t get working papers).

My sessions use agility ladders, hurdles, speed rings, medicine balls, kettlebells, and resistance bands (and plenty of your own body weight) to combine both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that improve your strength and cardio levels, as well as your speed, agility, and explosiveness.
Most importantly, these sessions are dynamic and fun! I bring a ton of support and energy and no two workouts are exactly alike!
