A client can expect to work hard during my training session. A mix of technical work and fitness will be presented in order to increase the players technique level as well as working on their in-game fitness. Each session will start with a proper warm up and then adjust to preforming certain skills like first touch, passing, shooting, and etc.. incorporated with fitness. The client can also expect all the latest and modern soccer equipment from balls, defensive mannequins, and Sklz net to place shots on goal. The session will conclude with a cool down and stretch.
