Every workout will include the same drills and exercises I use to when recruiting and evaluating college-level athletes. I run a high energy, fast-paced workout to incorporate conditioning into every skill development workout. Student-athletes will learn offensive and defensive skills and concepts that are transferable into any system. I place a premium on proper footwork, shooting efficiency, passing and catching, and cultivating high speed decision making.

Client Reviews

My son had his first session and I was very happy with what I saw from him out there. He did a great job go through drills and he had my sons attention the entire time. My son is 9 and he was able to explain the drills in a way that he understood and was able to perform. Will definitely be booking again.

Coach John is awesome, my son really enjoyed working with him. Coach John explained things well and not only did my son learn some new skills but the training was really fun and fast paced. We look forward to training with coach again

My kids really enjoyed working with Coach John

My son is enjoying his sessions with Coach John. During sessions, Coach John does an excellent job of demonstrating so that my son has a clear sense of what to do. I really like that he explains the purpose/rationale behind specific drills. That approach helps my son view drills in a new way...which makes him more purposeful when practicing on his own. He makes my son feel comfortable...he is enthusiastic, personable and knowledgeable.

Very professional on time and very likable guy. We will definitely use him more.

Great session and I look forward to continuing on with John as my coach. I can see me getting up to speed with his help and my practice in no time.

My son really enjoyed his session with coach John. In one session, he showed him lots of useful drills and techniques that he can work on at home to improve his game.
