USA Triathlon (Level 2), USA Cycling (Level 2), American Swimming Coaches Association (Level 2) & NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional NASM certifications in Performance Enhancement (PES), Corrective Exercise (CES) and Youth Fitness (YFS). Presently working with athletes of all abilities and age ranges, including 2 sub 11hr Iron Men & 2 elite level Cat 1 cyclists. The majority of my clients come to me with little or no previous racing experience. We specialize in using video analysis as part of our coaching mix, together with individualized 1-1 training based upon our clients needs, lifestyle and ultimate goals.

Accomplished multi-sport (swim, bike, run) coach & experience personal trainer with multiple years of racing experience. Prepared athletes for triathlons of all distances from Sprint to full 140.6 Iron Man.

While all sessions are individually designed to meet a clients needs, we favor a patient, hands-on approach to skill learning, overall fitness and specific race fitness and skills.

Coach John was great! He helped me and my 17 year old son get ready for our first sprint triathlon. He gave is so many practical tips about pacing, transition, and stuff that you just would not know if you had not been in a triathlon before.
