Expert sports performance coach with 10 years of experience working with NCAA Division I soccer, track & field, and beach volleyball. I spent 7 years at UCLA and 3 years operating my private coaching business, TKO Athletic Performance. I specialize in speed development, ACL return to play protocols, college preparation, and goalkeeper performance.

I played 4 years of NCAA Division II college at Azusa Pacific University. I was an All-Conference goalkeeper 2x. Although my expertise is strength and conditioning, I am excellent at incorporating techniques that will improve your fitness and durability as a goalkeeper.

All my sessions are 60 minutes. We start with 10:00 of dynamic warmup and 10:00 of sprint drills to establish techniques and themes for the day. Then we sprint! Each session will focus on one or two qualities: acceleration, max velocity, repeated sprints, or change of direction skills. We typically spend at least 30:00 sprinting. I wrap up every session with plyometrics or medicine ball throws to improve power and jumping ability.

I worked with Joseph to help me get back to peak fitness, speed, and strength as I returned to play after ACL and meniscus surgery. He was great at getting me comfortable in the weight room by teaching me different techniques and tools to use. Going on my 8th season as a goalkeeper, playing in Mexico four years being lucky enough to be a youth international for the Mexican national team appearing in two World Cups, and playing in the USL three years I've been around very passionate and professional individuals.
