Consistently placing in AG, also 1st and 2nd in Ironman USA in 1999 and 2001 in my division. I understand the need to put in quality training not quantity.

I have every client complete a survey of their past performances, weaknesses and strengths, time they have to train and what group training sessions they want to include.
Each client gets a customized plan every week, sometimes every 2 weeks indicating training sessions to be completed on which days.
Each week the client reports back as to how they are feeling, and then I can create the plan accordingly for the following week. During the off season we work on form and strength and speed. Then we build in the season up to race day working on maintaining the speed while increasing the endurance.

Coach Joanna transformed me from someone that could barely make it to the other end of the pool and back into someone that just completed a half mile swim in a Sprint Triathlon on December 1st 2018 at 58 years old. I could swim to the side of a pool, but was never able to swim laps or any distance so when I told people I signed up for a triathlon, they said I was crazy. I started by getting lessons at a local YMCA that just didn't seem to have me progressing, so I did a search for a Triathlon Coach and found Joanna on Coach Up.
