Wish we could give him 10 stars! My 17 year old daughter is an avid soccer player and wanted to hone in on some particular skills. Jerome made the sessions fun, challenging, educational, empowering and inspirational. He made sure practice would end on a high note, getting that last goal in, even if it would go 15 minutes over time. She showed more improvement in skills and confidence in 3 sessions with Jerome, than she did in an entire season. We wish we lived in NJ, so we could work with coach Jerome on a continuous basis! Do not look any further, your athlete will LOVE working with him!

Coach Jerome is a phenomenally skilled coach/teacher. He has an innate ability and patience to work with younger students such as our son who is 8 years old at the time of this writing. We loved how he organized and structured our training sessions to work on weaknesses, improve technical skills, and develop better habits. We also very much appreciated that Coach Jerome used a collaborative approach when developing a training plan. Specifically he asked for what we were hoping to achieve and work on in training, shared his assessment after our first session, and laid out/executed plan.
