I'm an active personal trainer, functional strength, running and triathlon coach. I've found my passion is helping others achieve new levels of fitness and performance. I thoroughly believe in bringing out the best performance in every athlete, no matter the current fitness level or physical limitation. I'm also an Ironman triathlete and have competed in many other endurance events. I'm a current sub-3 hour marathoner, Boston Marathon finisher, ultra-runner and avid cyclist.
