I have 5 years of collegiate coaching experience as well as 6+ years of individual skill training. I have trained players of all skill levels and ages over the years. Basketball is my passion and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.

I am also the Program Director for Total Skills Basketball!

I played at Delaware Valley University for four years. I was named to the all conference team 3 consecutive years and earned conference MVP my senior year. I led the team to two conference championships during my 4 years at the school. My senior year I was named to the All America team in 2013. I finished my career with 1500 points and 967 rebounds. I also hold other various school records at DVU.

My session plans vary based on skill level and need. I will customize the plan every workout to make sure we are focusing on the areas in which the player needs to develop.

My 11 year old son has very much enjoyed his sessions with Jeremy. He works him hard but my son loves it and we have already seen improvement after just 2 sessions.

Over a block of training sessions, Coach Jeremy incorporated shooting, defense, ball handling, and game situation work, as part of an overall plan to improve my son's complete skill set. His instruction, demonstration, and feedback were excellent and each session had workouts that complemented the overall development plan.

with only a couple sessions in, we are very happy with the experience.

Jeremy did an excellent job getting to know my daughter and then working with her to ensure she got the most out of their hour together. He has a very even, fact-based demeanor and simultaneously works to give important feedback, while rewarding work well done with a compliment. Jeremy is very professional and knowledgeable about basketball. He did a fabulous job tailoring workouts for my daughter in the areas I mentioned she needed improvement.
