More About Coach Jenna

I have been coaching club/travel softball teams and working with players individually for 8 years. The athletes I work with range from beginner 8U to 18+ preparing for college and training when they are home from school.

For the past 4 years, I have been training athletes in all areas of their athletic performance, first in Colorado and now with RedLine Athletics in Chandler, AZ. I have my BS in Sports Conditioning and Training, as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA.

After playing softball throughout high school and earning numerous all-state selections, I continued my softball career collegiately for the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. It was during the recovery process from an ACL injury/reconstruction my sophomore year of college, that I feel in love with training and realized the importance of strength training for all female athletes.

A typical training session will last between 60-90 minutes and incorporates all of the necessary components of softball performance. Below you will see two session outlines, a skill work session and a training session.

During every session we will focus on correct movement patterns/form, focus on adjustments that improve performance immediately based on skill level, educating the athlete about all relevant aspects of the game/training/performance.
