Each session is tailored to meet each client's specific goals, but most sessions will begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up and end with a 5-10 minute cool-down with various circuits in between that focus on the following exercises as defined by the American College of Sports Medicine: cardiorespiratory exercise, resistance exercise, flexibility exercise, and neuromotor exercise. I like to outline the session with the client during the warm-up and review it during the cool-down to make sure that the client is satisfied with each session in relation to their goals.
