More About Coach Jeffrey
Soccer has been a massive part of my life since a young age so once I started college at University of Central Florida in 2012, I started to give back to the game I love! From camps, to group trainings, to individuals trainings. My wide spread of experience has helped develop an extremely high level of knowledge of drills, technique, and mental strength to be at the highest levels!
I’ve played soccer since I was 5 years old (1998) and have been a professional since 2015! Starting my career for the Tampa Bay Rowdies! I have since played all over the United States including a short 3 month stay in Spain and a trip with region III team (ODP program) to Argentina! I have experience with the outdoor game, as well as indoor soccer; which I currently play in (MASL)!

My session plan is to work all aspects of the game, mental and physical! The top players in the world are without a doubt good athletes as soccer is one of the most physically demanding sports in how much you run! BUT with that being said, soccer is very much a think smarter not harder sport! The best players in the world are always a couple steps ahead of their opponents, again not physically but mentally!
In my training I plan on helping push the mental side as well as giving them drills that they can use on their own time to help continue to get better!
I believe “homework” is the best way to really get better and understand something! Hopefully this type of homework is a lot more fun than the typical homework from school!
