Speed and Agility: Ages 10-18 in both one-on-one and group environments. Heavily focused on explosive, dynamic movements, conditioning, agility, and balance.
Soccer: Ages from 5 to 15 one-on-one, Small group, and full team.
Lacrosse: Ages 13-15. One-on-one, small group, and full team.

10-15 Minute warm up
20-30 Minutes of skill development and footwork
15-20 Minutes of applied skills in game-like scenarios
