Speed and Agility: Ages 10-18 in both one-on-one and group environments. Heavily focused on explosive, dynamic movements, conditioning, agility, and balance.

Soccer: Ages from 5 to 15 one-on-one, Small group, and full team.

Lacrosse: Ages 13-15. One-on-one, small group, and full team.

Typically, I run 45 min to 1 hr sessions. At the beginning of the program, we will determine areas of improvement and athlete goals, then determine a curriculum to work on.

For a typical Speed & Agility workout, clients can expect:

10-15 minutes of dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing and increase flexibility
10-15 minutes of personalized drills to build leg and core strength while working fast-twitch muscles
10-15 minutes of personalized drills designed to improve coordination and perfect athletic movements based on client's sport
10 minutes of cool-down and recovery

Each client will be given drills they can do between sessions to ensure they are getting the most out of the program.
