I have been a professional martial artist/fighter for 13 years. I have been teaching beginner-advanced lessons for almost 10 years, more exclusively to amateur and professional fighters at a world renowned center in Bettendorf, IA. I enjoy combat sports and prefer to mold fighters into well rounded athletes by filling in gaps that previous training might not have covered, solid defensive movement and counters, as well as teach solid, fundamental skills that seem to be skipped over by the masses in the world of combative sports. These skills might include, but are not limited to, basic conditioning, footwork, hand & body positioning, and even mental preparation.
