Before each session, I like to get an idea of what specifically my player wants to work on. After discussing, I will write out a session accordingly.

- Each session will begin with an agility warm up (agility ladder, agility cones, etc.) with mobility and stretching worked in (10min)
- Next roughly 20 minutes are spent on stationary technical work (20min)
- Dynamic technical work (15min)
- Players choice (passing, first touch, etc.) (15min)

Each session can be tailored to best fit what the player wants to accomplish. I am very flexible and creative!
