I have coached both at the High School and Collegiate levels. I’ve coach football for multiple schools within CMS and also at a college in North Dakota. I am a certified coach.
I was a scholarship athlete that worked extremely hard to become a reliable wide receiver for my teams. I played college football at NC Central University
My 1hr sessions are focused to improve my clients foot speed and and agility. Using tools such as the speed ladder, parachutes, bungee cords, strength bands, and cone drills, we can become more agile and also much more powerful in our form running
