More About Coach Jasper

A little bit about my backround and what I specialize in, I been training martial arts for 12 years, taekwondo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing and Muay Thai. I fought in Muay Thai for 6 years along that time I had a chance to work with USA Olympic weightlifters as sponsers and have a strong backround in athletic endurance. I have been training clients in Muay Thai/boxing and strength be conditioning models, athletes, elderly for about 4 years inside corporate and outside corporate gyms. Currently a trainer at equinox and box n burn. A very popular area of expertise right now are working on posture for clients who have desk jobs(accountants,tech, sales and personal assistants) if you have this profession chances are your posture needs work and I can help. My typical session I have with clients daily are a vast mixture of in depth programs specific per clients based on their body types. As everyone has different imbalances, strengths and weaknesses. But typically I'll have clients who need corrective exercises for posture, strength and conditioning combined with functional movements and Muay thai kickboxing drills. I have trained for professional 5 round fights and will put you through similar situations if you can handle it. Like I said everyone is unique in their own way and need specific detailed programs.
