I have been a personal trainer and martial artist for over 25 years. I have trained such celebrites as Russel Simmons, The singer Jewel, Wesley Snipes, The boxer Shannon Briggs, the actor Rupert Everett, etc. I have been a professional kickboxer competing and winning in events in JAPAN, HOLLAND, and ENGLAND!! I am a third degree blackbelt in kyokushinkai karate. My instructor was a true master called SHIGERU OYAMA. I have worked for a fitness club for over 20 years in NYC and Miami. I have also worked for Equinox, and NYSC. I have trained MMA competitors when I coached Muay Thai kickboxing for AMERICAN TOP TEAM. Needless to say I have alot of experience, with professionals and beginners. I am presently taking on new clients in New york city.

I have been a competitor in numerous bodybuilding, kickboxing, full contact bare knuckle fighting events. I have trained both professional fighters, yuppies, students, celebrities, children, etc. My life is dedicated to learning and sharing what I have learned with my students and clients. I am an avid reader, an exceptional listener, and a brilliant coach and motivator. I demand that my clients only try their best and not waste time. I have worked with a very diverse clientele and looking forward to new clients to share my expertise with.

All individuals are different! Each client has "specific needs" that must be addressed, to maximize on their training session. Some folks are deconditioned, some are in exceptional shape. Some are inflexible in terms of elasticity, and body flexibility. So first we put together goals, and then I create a road map, to drive us to fulfilling the goals outlined. For martial arts training, my workouts can be designed for "self defense" or for cardiovascular conditioning. This is based on the clients needs. Each workout is approximately an hour, or longer, based on what is needed.
