Client Reviews

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Jason Stepp. Mr. Stepp and I worked together as coaches under THE Simon Spelling at Medina High School for two seasons. Having been the goal-keeper coach for the whole of the boys program, I had a unique perspective on working with the different coaches and seeing them in action in the pre-season and in the regular season, both in training sessions and matches. What I’ve learned watching Jason, is that he is a fantastic collaborator. He is very good at setting up training sessions that both challenge the boys and keep them motivated. Jason knows how to establish a strong team atmosphere while still listening to the individual and getting the most out of each player. I feel one of Jason’s strengths is to really listen. While he starts with a strong direction, he is always looking for ways to make it better, whether that idea comes from a fellow coach, player, or an outside observer, Jason will be willing to try something else to make the whole better.
Jason has worked tirelessly in the Medina community as director of our youth program. Jason has also spent many hours training both our girls and boys to become better students on and off the field and role models for our younger teams. I know firsthand how Mr. Stepp has touched the Medina community and the soccer program but also the Nordonia program when he was the head soccer coach in that district. I have personal relationships with both players and parents from Nordonia High School and I can tell you firsthand that they were both saddened and excited for Mr. Stepp when he came to Medina to join the boys high school program. During my conversations with the parents it was repeated multiple times that “Medina is not only getting a great soccer coach but a person who expects a lot of his players on the field and in the classroom”. A coach who has a strategic plan and players who want to play for him.
I am writing a letter of recommendation on behalf of Jason Stepp. In his time with the McKeon Education Group, Jason has been a valuable team member and has represented our mission of "going above and beyond for the students and schools that we serve. Jason has always been one to take on any challenge. During his time with MEG he has thrived in the High School setting working ni the Intervention Room. Jason has the ability as an educator to help children of any grade and ability level, not just learn, but understand what is being taught to them. Jason has proven to be able to reach all students and has been a wonderful addition and leader working in the Intervention Room at the High School level. Jason enters every situation with a positive attitude. He is the type of educator who students look forward ot seeing because they know that his approach is going to be a positive, can-do attitude. This approach has not only helped him foster growth among students ni the classroom, but outside as well. Jason has succeeded inturning theHigh School Soccer program at the school around through his positive motivation and passion for seeing kids succeed. Beyond being an excellent educator, Jason is someone who cares about what is best for the children he serves. It has been my pleasure to get to know Jason and see the positive impact he makes in students" lives. Jason will be an excellent addition to your team and comes highly recommended. Thank You,
To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Jason Stepp, who has been an invaluable member of our coaching staff at Akron City. Jason has consistently exemplified our club's mission since he first joined us as an assistant coach. His dedication and contributions have greatly enhanced the success of our program. Jason's reputation as a coach in Northeast Ohio preceded him, and he quickly proved his worth upon joining our team. Midway through our inaugural season, Jason was entrusted with the role of Head Coach, a position he embraced with enthusiasm and skill. His leadership was instrumental in driving the growth and success of our program, particularly evident in our notable achievements during our second year. Following the conclusion of our first season, it was evident that Jason's continued involvement was crucial to our future success. We were pleased to offer him a position on our staff for the subsequent season in the NPSL, during which he once again excelled in his role as an assistant coach. His strategic insights and dedication significantly contributed to our improved performance against formidable opponents. In addition to his contributions at Akron City, Jason has demonstrated exceptional abilities in various other coaching and teaching positions. Whether in his high school teaching role, high school coaching position, club coaching responsibilities, or his individual coaching endeavors, Jason consistently exhibits exemplary management skills within the soccer community. His aptitude as an educator, coupled with his innate understanding of player needs, enables him to effectively nurture talent across all age groups and skill levels. Jason's positive attitude and unwavering dedication make him a highly respected leader within our organization. Players gravitate towards him because of his constructive and motivational approach, fostering an environment conducive to growth and success. His influence extends beyond our club, positively impacting the development of his high school and club soccer players alike. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Jason Stepp as an exceptional addition to your team. His proven track record, coupled with his passion for player development and positive coaching style, make him an invaluable asset. Please feel free to contact me should you require any further information or feedback. Thank you,
