I have been personally training athletes for 10 years. I am a competitive soccer coach and a personal trainer. I have coached at the semi-provisional, collegiate, and youth level. I have coached all over the state of California. I can work with any athlete of any age. I have personally trained/coached athletes ages 4-19 years old. I have a NCSAA Advanced National Coaching diploma.

I have been playing soccer for over 27 years. I played high school, collegiate, and professional soccer. I have won a championship at all levels.

My clients will receive correct, professional, passionate, competitive, training sessions. I take an extreme amount of pride in my work. I work harder at studying soccer than anyone I know and all sessions will be state of the art. I adjust each session to fit the need of the client. Whether the client is a competitive or recreational player or someone looking to have fun and get fit, the client will get every ounce of knowledge that I have. I will come to you and can train anywhere in the Sacramento area.
