Typical sessions that I run are an hour long and will contain a mix of technique as well as mental training. We start with building blocks where we will develop a specific technique or an aspect of the game and slowly build upon that while incorporating the mental side of the athlete in order to help the athlete best learn how to apply the specific technique in a real game situation. While doing this, I also place a strong emphasis on having fun while we are training.
