More About Coach Jamis
I have 6 years of experience in the greater Hartford area with both individual and group goalkeeper training. I have trained goalkeepers from ages 6-18 and from beginner to experienced.
As a goalkeeper, I was a 4 year Varsity starter in high school at Loomis Chaffee and won a NEPSAC Class A Championship. I won an All American game Man of the Match award summer of 2019. I played 4 years of Division I soccer split between University of Michigan and Loyola Chicago.
I am a goalkeeper coach who focuses a lot on technique and game-like training activities. My goal is to help goalkeepers learn the art of goalkeeping so that their foundation isn’t based on their athleticism, but rather their knowledge of the position and the game. Things such as decision making and positioning are cornerstones of my training.
