I have been coaching athletes specializing in endurance events lasting from an hour to 7 days for the past 9 years. I coach runners, swimmers, cyclist, Mt. Climbers, and anyone looking for adventure. I find my passion in coaching athletes to reach amazing goals and results and believe we are committed to the results that we achieve and that all it takes is commitment to accomplish any goal you set.
For most of us training and racing is a release from work and a great way to have fun. Being active has shown in multiple studies to increase energy, relieve stress, and improve overall mode and happiness. Finding time and knowing when and what to do in training can be overwhelming and actually cause more stress. As a business owner, racer, and a father I understand that some meetings and deadlines can not be moved. Life itself can be busy,
I believe the job of a coach is not to only design custom training plans but to believe in and support your athlete through the highs and lows of training and racing and having the knowledge and experience adjust your training to achieve your racing goal. By reducing the stress and allowing you to get the most out of your time and energy.

My racing plans for 2014 is Ironman Cabo , Peterson Ridge Rumble 20 miler, Wild Canyon Games 3-man team, High Cascades 100 and or Oregon 24 hour Mt. Bike race and of course Cyclocross.
