As a seasoned head coach of the USC collegiate team, I have honed my skills in the rigorous world of amateur MMA competition. This hands-on experience allows me to offer valuable insights into the intricacies of the sport, providing a comprehensive approach to training that goes beyond the basics.

As a proud head Coach of the USC collegiate team, I have competed at the collegiate level, representing the university with passion and determination. These experiences have not only shaped my skills but have also instilled in me a deep appreciation for teamwork and sportsmanship.

My journey has taken me to various prestigious competition venues such as NUCA, and UFC fight camps as both coach and competitor.

1. Dynamic Warm-Up:
We kick off each session with a comprehensive warm-up, blending cardio exercises with sport-specific movements. I'll also show techniques to prevent injury and strengthen underutilized muscles often neglected.

2. Technical Focus:
Drawing from my extensive background in Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and boxing, our sessions delve into specific techniques tailored to your skill level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we'll refine your fundamentals and explore advanced maneuvers to elevate your game.

3. Striking Drills:
We focus on striking accuracy, timing, and fluidity of movement. Pad drills and partner exercises are seamlessly integrated to enhance your stand-up game/movement.

4. Grappling and Submission Techniques:
Ground control is a cornerstone of MMA success. I guide you through Jiu-Jitsu techniques, emphasizing positional awareness, escapes, and submission holds. From basic groundwork to advanced grappling sequences, we cover a spectrum of techniques to empower you in every aspect of the fight.

5. Sparring Sessions:
To apply what you've learned in a realistic setting, we incorporate controlled sparring sessions. This allows you to practice techniques in real-time, sharpen your instincts, and develop a strategic mindset.
