Through out my rugby career, starting 11 years ago, I have played for several teams in Charlotte, NC and Provincial teams. These include; South Charlotte Rugby Club, Charlotte Catholic HS Rugby, NC U19 All Stars, USA South Select, and my current club Charlotte Rugby Football Club.

I competed in four High school state championships in my time at CCHS winning three. The three years we won the state championship the team went on to win the USA South Regional championship to earn a spot at the national tournament. We went on to finish 8th the first year and then 4th in my final two years with CCHS.

After graduating high school, I have continued my career as a player with my current club, Charlotte Rugby Football Club.

In 2013 I was selected to play for the USA South Select mens provincial squad. The team was set to compete for the NACRA Championship series with several Caribbean countries including; Mexico, Jamaica, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, and Trinidad and Tobago. We took the series by storm, winning 4 of our 6 games while playing outside the US.

Each session will differ depending on the player being trained. Some sessions may be geared around speed, agility, and footwork. While others may serve to break down the mechanics of specific skills needed to allow each player to be the best they can be.
