I spent over 10 years fighting in the amateur ranks and sparring in pro fight camps in New York. I started coaching in NY and have been coaching in L.A. for the last two years. I am USABoxing certified and ASFA Kettlebell Certified. I work with all ages.

I won silver at the 2007 Empire State Games, and gold at the 2007 PR Festival in Rochester, NY. I’ve been in camp and sparred with former champions such as Robert “Push-Up” Frazier, Willie Monroe, and Russell Jordan, as well as pros Nick and Tony Brinson, Jonathan Tubbs, and others.

Sessions are split into two sections: boxing technique-footwork, head movement, mitt work, drills-and strength and conditioning which has a foundation in kettlebell exercises.
