I am a certified USA Amateur Boxing Coach. I have coached boxers ages 10-31, who were Novice, Sub-Novice & Open Fighters. I have coached boxers in the state of VA & MI.

I have competed as a boxer for approximately 20 years. I had an amateur record of well over 150 fights. I have competed & won many amateur tournament titles such as Junior Olympics, Silver Gloves, Kid Gloves, Empire State Games, Mid-Michigan Tournament, PAL, NY Golden Gloves as well as serving as captain of the US Boxing Team. I had a short professional career before being forced to retire due to a detached retina.

A work out session first begins with preparing your mind, stretching, then warming up with cardio to condition the heart, work on boxing drills and timing (Pads Work Out) this includes training in defense and offense skills, calisthenics & weight training.
