I have experience running individual and group training sessions for levels of athletes at the collegiate NCAA D1 and professional level. I have helped athletes prepare for the MLS 2019 combine and preseason preparation for players in their respected clubs in Iceland and Denmark.

I have played competitively for 17 years. I have played at two different division 1 schools. From Northern Kentucky University to Florida Atlantic University.

It can always vary based of the players position. I like first to start my client off in a physical activation drill for 15mins. To get him/her warmed up properly before we get into anything serious. Then we will move onto a more technical ball drills for their development. Moving into a positional base drills for my client that can enhance their performance in the near future. Then finally end the session with a drill that has an mix of all the aspects we worked on from the days work.
