I have been a boxer for many years. Since then I have been a coach with USA boxing from 2008 through the present time. I have opened a boxing gym in Youngstown Ohio. I currently have a handful of boxers who train and learn the sport of boxing. We also have professional fighters who help out in the gym, by giving their time in teaching. My boxing gym is second to none, when it comes to the fight game. We also offer fitness, as well as boxing. I have a USA boxing regulation ring at our gym.

I am a 1971 Golden Gloves Champion. I fought in the 126lb. division at Struthers Field house. Back then we didn't wear head gear. Boxing was very real with a lot of talent from the Youngstown area.

I can offer 1 on 1 training to anyone who requests. A general workout consists of jumping rope for three rounds, 3, three minute rounds. All workouts will be 3, three minute rounds. Shadow box for 3 rounds. Sparr for three rounds or more depending on availability. Bag work, finally sit-ups.
