As the former Head Coach at Atlantic Collegiate Academy in Myrtle Beach and NYC college coach as well as the owner of Coach*Ability Sports Consulting, I am dedicated to teaching basketball-specific skill development and improving sports performance to prepare players to be in top form for season play on all levels.

Areas of focus: conditioning, fundamentals, court awareness on offense and defense position play, and character with leadership skills both on and off the court. I will focus on footwork drills, ball-handling skills, passing, shooting, rebounding, and fast breaks. I will also engage players in 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, and game-like skills.
