Each session will begin with a warm up a ball, the aim being that the player(s) touch the ball as many times as possible. From there the player(s) will go through speed and agility drills, again while touching the ball throughout. Followed by technique drills according to what the player(s) want and/or need to work on, and then a fun game at the end depending on how the session went.
