Ivan Perhat

I have been doing private and group coaching for over 5 years. I focus on boxing and muay thai for the most part. I have a background in jiu-jitsu but my forte is boxing and muaythai. I used to be a muay thai and fitness instructor at a martial arts gym in Redondo Beach.

I have trained with professional martial artist currently and in the past. I do not have official competitive experience with martial arts but have learned from well known coaches and fighters.

A typical session will include a full body warmu-up that will transition into a boxing/muay thai pad holding session for the client. The session will focus on proper technique for striking combined with cardio and anaerobic training.
