I have experience coaching and training for volleyball. I have coached middle school to high school level. As a trainer I worked with volleyball clubs including the club I was a part of Bronx Bombers volleyball
I received various MVP awards. I competed at the high school level and clubs throughout my collegiate career. I competed at John F Kennedy high school, Legacy volleyball club, All Starr volleyball club and Bronx bombers volleyball club
A client can expect a session with warm ups, drills for setting, digging, serving and hitting. A client will determine which skill set they would like to focus a session around. As a Libero for example this type of session would focus on footwork and proper positioning.
