I am a former US National Team Member and Professional Volleyball Player in both Austria and Germany. I've coached at all levels and am very skilled in coaching technique.
Everything is broken down into detail, including footwork, body position, technique, etc. We will do drills specifically geared to work on a specific skill. Usually will start off with less complex drills focusing on correct technique and progressing into more complex exercises.
