My specific highlights being an athlete are playing NCAA Division ll hockey for Kutztown University where I competed against the top field hockey schools in the nation and national champions West Chester, Millersville, Bloomsburg, and Shippensburg.
My accomplishments would be team leading scorer for Lenape High School in 2009, Second Team All Conference, Coaches Award at Kutztown University.
My typical sessions include warm up, stretch, and since I am such a fundamental coach, skills for the first 15 min. I then go into offensive attack drills so that my girls can learn how to attack fast and hard. I want my girls to have quick feet, so I set up little pulls in between my drills so that my girls don't plant their feet and are always on their toes. I also go into defensive drills(block tackle, jab, etc.) Because it is extremely important that my girls know how to play all positions well in order to be a well-rounded players and look more marketable to college coaches.
