I have been working with every group of age from Profesional players to kids with 7 years of age.
I have the best certification in Soccer as a coach, the prestigious UEFA PRO.
I have been playing all my life in Spain since I was 6 years old. I Have played all my life in the best leagues in Spain from u10 to u19.
I have never played in a professional league but I was part of the Coruxo FC team in 2013/2014 season in Second Division B in Spain.
My plan as a coach is divided into 4 parts the practice.
In the first one, I work in a specific area of technique as a warm up.
In the second one, I develop that area of technique and I try to introduce a physical part
In the third one, it must be the most difficult part of the practice for the soccer player where he has to work physically, mentally, technically and tactically.
The last part is always the most relaxing one, and funnier for the soccer player with shotting drills involving the previous techniques learned.
