Hussein Issa

I have collegiate coaching experience and over 25 years of successful coaching experience in private, parochial, and public (D1-D4) high schools in MA. I have a proven record of guiding young teams to two State Championships, and one as a finalist. I was awarded the "coach of the year" 5 times by my peers in CMASS and EMASS. I also have experience coaching at the club level for U11 - U18 teams. Besides soccer, I also conduct basketball clinics for the Framingham Parks & Recreation camps. I have the NSCAA National Youth Diploma; NSCAA Regional and Goalkeeping Diploma.

I guided the Sutton High Girls team to State Championships in 2001 and 2004. I also had the privilege of coaching the Millbury Girls team which finished as a State finalist in 2017. I was awarded the "Coach of the Year" honors by peers in CMASS in 2002, 2004, 2015, and in EMASS in 1997 and 2014.

Just like a doctor gives the patient a physical before starting treatment, as a coach, I run a series of ball handling and kicking drills to evaluate field players. For a goalkeepers, I want to see how they catch the balls, dive, and play the angles to make saves. After determining the base level and the ability of each players, I set up a program that will fit each player's goals. I also have the ability to fix the "flaws" of field players and goalkeepers.
