My session is all based off the player. What is their current level, what level are the aspiring to, what areas of weakness do they have, what areas would they like to improve. Each sessions is designed to the individual.
I incorporate the ball with everything I do, even if it is fitness & strength training. As well, I like to include footwork/agility training with most clients as it helps with their coordination & their first 1-2 steps.
