11+ years of professional coaching experience both in the US & UK
- 8+ years of 1to1 coaching incorporating large amount of speed and agility work as well as many other physical aspects
- Experience coaching & scouting for English Premier league academies (Everton FC), coaching for English football league academies(Oldham AFC) & working within several US soccer clubs as Head Coach & Academy Director
- High level of experience of UK & US soccer coaching from Grassroots up to English academy level
- Qualifications include but are not limited to Degree in Sports Coaching, FA Level 2 Coaching Football, PFSA Talent Identification Level 2, PFSA Opposition Analysis Level 1
- 10 + years of playing at low-mid levels of UK football both amateur & Semi Professional
- Experienced high level speed and agility sessions / exercises coached by high level professionals
- Experience playing with current & ex professionals of English football
- Played Soccer through College & University in Manchester while gaining my degree in Sports Coaching
- Experience coaching athletes that have progressed into college soccer
Each session will be based entirely around the individual and will take into account many things. Some of these aspects will be

- Session intensity matching the athletes current fitness level & also fitness goals
- Speed & Agility balanced in a way that positively impacts their chosen sport / goals
