Training and coaching comes from the knowledge of the game, from being a player to training athletes of all ages the game is second nature to me. I have coached AYSO, high school, college athletes and indoor soccer.

I started playing AYSO at the age of 6 in Southern California. By the age of 8 I started my club soccer career which was at OJSC U10 girls team. At 15 I switched club teams and ended my club soccer career at Slammers. I played across seas during highschool in a tournament called Gothia Cup in Europe. My college career ended short due to my marriage and my two beautiful daughters. I played at Bethel College and was not only a starter but a leader on the field, I was ranked First Team all KCAC a couple weeks in a row. I was in the running for All American but I tore my ACL. I decided to hang up my cleats and pursue my soccer through other athletes by helping better their soccer career.

First we would start with a warm up, followed by agility and technical drills, also a concentration on where the athlete feels he/she needs work on the most, and also depending on their position. Also conditioning is always key and that is how we would end the session.
