More About Coach Gunnar
I have experience coaching with Southbury Fc and have run goalkeeper sessions with Connecticuts ODP program. I have worked privately with athletes of all levels both goalkeepers and field players. In addition to my coaching experience I have led my own sessions for teammates at the collegiate level.

I find it extremely important to talk about our goals and objectives going into any session with a client and focusing in on that. Sessions begin with a typical warmup that leads into the the main focus of what were trying to accomplish for the session. When finished I make sure to go over the positives and areas we're looking to improve upon. I'm a big believer that most development for a player takes place in their individual work which is why I make sure to send some instructional videos that give my clients direction with their individual training.
