1st Step: I must know the level of the player.
Testing of: (depending upon position)

Player Agility with and without the Ball

From this point, a Session can be written and then done with my client so as to reach goals, objectives and perspectives.

Typical Session:
1. Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Dynamic Stretches: High knees, leg swings, lunges, etc., to activate muscles and improve flexibility.
Ball Control Drills: Simple touches to get comfortable with the ball, like toe touches or pull-pushes.
Agility Work: Quick footwork on ladders or cones to enhance speed and coordination.
2. Technical Skills (20 minutes which can be sometimes combined with warmup)
Ball Control and Dribbling: Close control drills, moves to beat defenders, and turning drills using both feet.
Passing and Receiving: Practice with a focus on accuracy, timing, and using different parts of the foot. Incorporate one-touch passes and receive-and-turn exercises.
Shooting and Finishing: Emphasize technique, accuracy, and power, with drills like finishing from different angles, volleys, and shots on the move.
3. Tactical and Decision-Making Drills (20 minutes)
1v1 Situations: Work on beating defenders, changing pace, and reacting to defender positioning.
Small-Sided Scenarios: Even though it’s 1-on-1, include situational drills that mimic game-like scenarios (e.g., a quick turn and shot on goal).
Awareness Exercises: Drills that enhance awareness, like scanning drills and visual cues, to improve reaction time and anticipation.
4. Conditioning and Fitness (10 minutes) With Ball Usually
Speed and Agility Work: Sprints, shuffles, and cone work that mirror the quick movements made in a game.
Endurance Building: Intervals of jogging, sprinting, and rest periods, reflecting the high-intensity bursts typical of a match.
5. Cool-Down and Stretching (5–10 minutes)
Static Stretching: Target major muscle groups used during the session to enhance flexibility and reduce soreness.
Reflection and Goal Setting: Briefly review the session’s progress, set small goals for the next session, and discuss any specific areas for improvement.
A lot of emphasis on the mental aspects, such as confidence-building and positive feedback, helping the player develop a strong mindset alongside their physical and technical abilities.

Players are also given a free overall presentation of what the game is about in terms of its essence, its history and its more modernized aspects which affect the game of today.
