I've trained amateur and pro boxers for 8 years. During this time I focused on helping my clients lose weight, get in shape, learn the sport and compete.
Pro Boxer for 5 years. I trained for 2 years under the tutelage of George Foreman Sr. During my professional career. I had 16 fights, zero losses and scored 15 knockouts.
Boxing Fundamentals and conditioning. I typically spend the first part of the session focusing on a new skill, then I focus 70% of the session drilling this skill, then the last 30% conditioning my client.
