I am currently the Head Soccer Coach for 4 youth soccer teams, (3 U-9 teams and 1 U-13 team)) at the Fremont Youth Soccer Club.
I am also the Director of Coaching (U7-U12) and Tournament Director for Fremont YSC.
I have coached players from ages 3-19 as a coach and as a trainer.

I started competing in soccer at the 4th grade, completed my playing career at the 12th grade. Played in a youth development league from age 12-17.
Each session either private or group must contain a few things: Firstly, the session should be fun, safe and instructional. Secondly, every player must be engaged throughout the session, no lines, no waiting, no lectures, players are encouraged to think and react, make their own decisions and learn from their mistakes.
A session plan topic will be specific and to the point. A session on running with the ball or dribbling or ball manipulation, will not include coaching points on shooting or passing. The session might involve shooting or passing to make it game realistic but the coaching points that I make will be specific to the designated topic.
Session designs can vary from technical progressive, technical tactical, tactical progressive or functional progressive. That depends on the client demands and requirements as well.
A key factor that facilitates development in all my sessions is that each player will maximize their touches on the ball. Every player starts the session of for the first half hour with a ball at their feet, getting players multiple touches on the ball in relevance to the designated topic.
