In college I held private soccer training sessions My college roommate held many soccer camps down in south Jersey which i helped. I used to run a speed and conditioning clinic for John. Trained in Costa Rica for 4 years every summer for Rowan with the team.

In highschool I was a 4 year varsity soccer and ice hockey player. After highschool I had to pick either soccer or hockey. I chose soccer and played Division III for Rowan University in South Jersey. After I tried out in Costa Rica for a team in San Jose but unfortunately I got injured. I miss the game tremendously.

We would go through a warm up to get the blood flowing. Then start a passing warm up drill. If there enough players I love to do keep aways for roughly 10-20 minutes . Would work on a few dribbling techniques (1v1), (2v1) with a mix of shooting included.
