i have 25 years experience in training athletes.i have a certification in fitness trainer from issa and a cpr certificate.i have coached from beginners level to professional level.i have worked in numerous places at a sports club to a boxing gym and a don bosco youth center.i tyically work with all age group.
my athletic accomplishment was to become a professional boxer and to be the best at it.i started out as an amateur boxer and worked my way up to becoming a professional boxer.i competed mostly in my state and was awarded a state champion belt.
they can expect to see real results that they are looking to accomplish from a typical session with me.i work on focusing on technigues to get the job done affectively. first i will ask my client what their goal is that they want to accomplish.what results are they looking to achieve after i gather all the information from my client that i need.i will start my session with my client by doing warm ups stretching for 15 minutes with them follow by an exercise routine that i will create for my client for them to follow i will also create a diet program for them to follow as well proper nutrition.
